RETURN POLICY
- ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL STATE IN NEW CONDITION
- PRODUCTS CANNOT BE DENTED, SCRATCHED, OR HAVE ANY PROTECTIVE MATERIAL REMOVED
- SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A VALID ORDER NUMBER
- ORDERS CAN BE CANCELED ONLY BEFORE SHIPMENT
- CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE ITEM IS BEING RETURNED BECAUSE OF A DEFINITE ERROR BY EQUIPMENT DOCTORS. UPON RECEIVING THE ITEM BACK INTO INVENTORY, WE WILL ISSUE A CREDIT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER IN THE FORM OF PAYMENT THAT THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS RECEIVED (PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, SQUARE, ZELLE, ETC.)
A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. IF THE PART IS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY PLUS FREIGHT CHARGES ON ALL RETURNED PARTS. AFTER ONE YEAR A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR SPECIAL ORDER PARTS. NO RETURNS WITHOUT THE INVOICES.
NO RETURNS ON ANY PARTS WITH A VALUE LESS THAN $50.00.
