Account
If you have an account, type in your
username and password to log into your account. If you are a new customer, click "Profile" and then the "Register" button and complete the form to be assigned a username and password.
Shipping
When progressing through the order
checkout, please select one of our preferred shipping methods. Shipping costs
will vary based on distance, weight, and dimensions.
In some cases, these variables may not
be available and will void the original shipping quote. If this should happen
our team will contact you to provide an updated shipping quote. A new
authorization may be required to continue.
Free Shipping Promotions
All Free Shipping items will ship either USPS, UPS OR FEDEX and will have a 3-to-7-day transit time. For any products or promo codes that offer Free Shipping on orders or individual parts, the Free Shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 United States. For all other ship to locations, an accurate shipping quote must be calculated and paid. Free Shipping also does not apply to OVERSIZED or FREIGHT items unless specifically stated and a commercial zone address is required.
Standard Shipping Rates
- Orders totaling less than $75 (not including tax): Variable Shipping Rates paid by the customer, based upon shipping method chosen at check out and package dimensions/weights.
- Orders totaling $75 or greater of parts shown as "eligible for free shipping" (not including tax): Free basic Ground shipping. Variable rates apply for alternative shipping methods.
- Items that are OVERSIZED OR OVERWEIGHT are subject to additional shipping rates and do not qualify for free shipping.
- You can mix and match from any of the eligible products that qualify for FREE Shipping.
- After order ships, your parts will be delivered within 1-5 business days, as per the delivery schedule provided by the carrier. A tracking number will be provided.
- If you qualify for FREE Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items only
- Any single item that is in excess of 50 lbs. or a total package order in excess of 150 lbs. will be ineligible for free ground shipping and is excluded from free shipping offers. These item(s) will be shipped via LTL Freight and/or may include shipping surcharges per FedEx published rates.
Cancellation
Policy
EQUIPMENT DOCTORS strives to exceed our customer expectations with the broadest offering, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. We will ship most orders on the same day the order is received. Therefore, please contact customer service immediately to cancel an order.
What if I repurchase
the correct part?
If you purchase the correct part at the time of the return, Equipment Doctors will eliminate all deductions and credit you the full amount of the price paid for the original part. If you paid the freight on the original order – we will credit the freight and handling charges as well!
What if the error was
made by Equipment Doctors (e.g. wrong part delivered etc.)?
If the error was made by Equipment Doctors or our supplier/partner, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. We will also provide the prepaid return label free of charge.
How soon can I expect
my refund for my returned part?
Your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days of the date that you ship the return if you utilize the return label we provide. Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once processed. Your credit will be issued against the original purchase method (e.g. credit card, PayPal account, etc.) which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.
A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. IF THE PART IS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY PLUS FREIGHT CHARGES ON ALL RETURNED PARTS. AFTER ONE YEAR A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR SPECIAL ORDER PARTS. NO RETURNS WITHOUT THE INVOICES.
NO RETURNS ON ANY PARTS WITH A VALUE LESS THAN $50.00.
